Yes! in fact, Yoga is designed for any fitness level! There are modifications for almost everything we do. You workout at your own pace and your own level, gradually increasing your strength and flexibility until you no longer need the modifications.
Just a few simple things: A Yoga mat, a towel and a bottle of water! And your willingness to step outside your comfort zone and explore what your body can do!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! There have been people who have used Yoga to assist in losing incredible amounts of weight, to alleviate back or joint pain, or just to improve their overall fitness levels. We will discuss what your expectations are and what I can do to help you get there!
